Position Summary:
This position is responsible for selling grade control, drone solutions, telematics and other construction technology solutions. It ensures Foursight Solutions’ success by gaining new customers and promoting repeat business by consistently providing solutions to challenges our customers face day-to-day. Foursight Solutions is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill a remote position servicing the Denver, Colorado Metro area.

Duties and Tasks:
  • Territory Development Manager responsibilities include, but not limited to:
    • Actively promote all products in the Foursight Solutions portfolio.
    • Understand and promote the solutions we offer throughout the entire workflow, from building a model to getting top production out of the solution.
    • Engage with our customers to understand pain points, their challenges, and how the solutions we offer can help them be more efficient and profitable.
    • Actively manage a pipeline of opportunities in an organized manner, utilizing the systems provided to track progress.
    • Locate and call on new prospects for Foursight Solutions products utilizing data provided as well as through cold calling.
    • Maintain assigned demo inventory in good operational condition and keep stored in secure locations at all times.
    • Assist teammates whenever necessary by sharing your knowledge and experience.
    • Comply with company policies and governmental regulations.
    • Become proficient with new solutions brought into the portfolio as added.
  • Other Duties
    • Keep assigned vehicle and other inventory clean, well-organized, and well maintained.
    • Maintain administrative duties of the job accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Represent the organization in a professional way at industry and educational events.

Requirements:
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and have the ability to work with little oversight.
  • Not afraid to work with your hands and use basic hand tools.
  • Formal degree in Surveying or Geomatics, or 3 years hands on experience with technology products used in surveying and construction industry.
  • Sound working knowledge of Topcon machine control, experience with other manufacturers is also acceptable.
  • Working knowledge of one of the following: Magnet Office, AutoCAD, Carlson, AGTEK, or Trimble Business Center software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Part 107 pilot’s license is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of heavy construction workflows and processes viewed favorably.

Posted salary range includes base rate as well as a competitive incentive package.
Rate of pay commensurate with knowledge, experience and ability.
